Well there are now four of us! Tom and I have been married 6 1/2 years. Elliana joined us almost 4 ago, and we welcomed our 2nd daughter Phoebe 8 months ago! Tom's a 4th year Medical Student, and I do a bit of everything. This is our journey through life.

IV is out
Here are a few pictures of our beautiful baby girl with her IV. They put the IV in her foot; this was the easiest place, and she couldn't try to pull it out.
And now the IV is out, and she is beautiful! It left a nasty little "hole" in her foot, but at last, one less cord to worry about!!!

Elliana Mae Duncan
Elliana Mae Duncan has arrived; 6 lbs 13 ounces 21 inches long. It was quite a process to get her here and she only arrived after an Emergency C-Section, but all is well. I am a little sore; to be expected and Elli is hanging in there. She is in the NICU and probably will be for about a week. We can't wait to bring her home with us and have her with us all the time! Here are a couple of pictures. Isn't she precious?

Induction Day
Well, we will be having a baby on Tuesday, February 17 2009 if she doesn't come on her own before that. We are very excited to have Elliana here with us and to join our family! We can't wait to hold her in our arms. We will keep everyone posted on what is going on.

Still Pregnant...
Just in case you were wondering, I have not had the baby yet. I am still pregnant and still uncomfortable! We will let you all know when she comes. I will be 38 weeks tomorrow, but have a very large baby inside of me. Last night I was having pretty regular hard contractions, but no such luck, still not at the hospital and not in labor. We will keep you all posted.
